Meet the founders
Mickael and Priscilla are European — from France and Italy — who dedicated their lives to helping people 50+ regain vitality.
Priscilla lived through chronic pain firsthand after a serious accident. Multiple surgeries and years of pain led her to find the right combination: intelligent movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset.
Mickael grew up surrounded by grandparents and elderly neighbors in pain. He studied Sports Science and after 7 years as a trainer, realized: the system was broken. Gyms don't work for people 50+. Physical therapy treats symptoms, not causes.
In 2016 they created The Lab — the world's first vitality center for people 50+. Today, with over 1,000 people helped and 360+ 5-star reviews, they're opening their first US location: Miami.
